Provide excellent customer service in accordance with company policies, procedures and philosophies. Enter customer information and orders into the order entry system andor databases. Respond to inquiries related to product shipments, invoices and Medicare. Communicate with all internal departments for successful completion of daily sales. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner. Accurate data entry of sales orders and customer information in ERP and software programs. Respond to incoming fax, e-mail, InHealth Store and US mail orders for all domestic customer types. Process and confirm international distributor orders. Process and confirm web-store orders. Answer basic Medicare questions. Explain product return requirements, including restock fees. Resolve shipping delivery issues. Participate in all product and sales promotions. Contact physicians for prescriptions, written orders and medical necessity orders and enter into ERP system.
HS Diploma or GED. 1+ yr of customer service exp, preferably in the medical field. Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of medical terminology.
