| Job Description The Director will provide strategic direction and general management for the Franchise business including sales growth, hitting Key Performance Indicators KPIs, training and development, and maintaining a smooth operation. This position requires a leader who has the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and has proven strong organizational, time management and people skills in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. We are looking for a person who responds positively to challenges and has experience working with competing priorities. Key responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to Supervising a team of 40+ Team Members and motivating them to achieve their goals with the assistance of the Operations Managers, Dispatchers, Office staff and Business Owner. Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise. Maintaining all information related to sales, estimates, jobtruck, and other operational details are entered in supporting information systems, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date. Performing office responsibilities and administrative tasks. Completion of staffing tasks including recruiting, hiring, training and coaching. You will be involved with the development, on-boarding, training, and career growth programs for new and existing employees. Achievement of all operational related goals and KPIs. Responsible of the safety, maintenance and road-worthiness of our vehicle Fleet. This position may be required to be accessible by phone after hours and on weekends. | |
| Skills Required 5 yrs of exp as a Director of Operations, General Manager or Operations Manager. Exp with team leadership and managing KPIs. | |
| Skills Preferred Preferred experience in Logistics, food and beverage, distribution, transportation or military leadership. | |
