| Job Description Candidate must be proficient in all requirements of Test Technician I. Support Manufacturing in the daily production testing of camera video systems. Directly responsible for the production FCO Final Checkout, electrical test process. Capable of testing electronic components, sub-assemblies, and video systems. Test product using computer programs, Digital Multi Meters, Oscilloscopes, light measurement equipment, waveform monitoring equipment, digital and analog electrical test equipment. Perform detailed electrical test procedures and document device history records per Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines. Participate in product, process, and company training activities in support of medical device manufacturing. Manage tasks related to multiple production duties, prioritize, and respond to special assigned duties. Record test failures and document for MRB, repair or component replacement. Record test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or processes. Sets-up and operates a variety of hand-operated tools and electronic equipment to manufacture product specified on work orders using standard work instructions and Inspection procedures. Perform inspection of work completed and documentation to assure correct specifications and functional criteria have been met. Perform or initiates any cleaning in work area or maintenance required by the Preventative Maintenance schedule on the machines within the department. | |
| Skills Required HS DiplomaGED. 3 yrs exp in electronics design, repair or troubleshooting. Able to operate and maintain production and test equipment. Knowledge of FDA and ISO guidelines. | |
| Skills Preferred Exp in systems analysis, testing, troubleshooting to component or board level. Exp in a manufacturing environment, including electrical test processes and procedures. | |
