| Job Description The Maintenance TechnicianElectrician will assist with maintaining rental properties by painting, handling drywall repair, fixing and installing light fixtures, installing new appliances, light plumbing and installing flooring and tiles. Will also assist with various electrical installs, repairs and the maintenance of electrical devices. You will work and troubleshoot using schematics, sketches and manuals. Will also assist with minor carpentry and masonry. Must be able to use basic hand and power tools as well as measuring devices. | |
| Skills Required 4+ yrs of exp in building maintenance or installingrepairing electrical components. Able to use basic hand and power tools as well as measuring devices. Will need to use own car but will be compensated for mileage. | |
| Skills Preferred Licensed Electrician a plus! Position can be full time if candidate also has exp with basic carpentry, drywall repair, appliance installation, basic plumbing, minor masonry and floortile installation. | |
