| Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day administration and business operations of our non-profit education clients operations. .. Provides overall management of facility and operations, including opening and closing of the facility.. Responsible for fundraising strategy, activities, and achieving fundraising and development goals. Works collaboratively with grant writer to generate and submit grant applications and respond to queries from grantors and donors.. Monitors and manages grants budget, records, and status reports... Works collaboratively with external accountant to ensure timely and accurate financial management reporting.. Provides oversight of payroll, invoicing, and accounts receivable AR. Responsible for collecting outstanding AR... Develops and manages student registration process.. Responsible for all scheduling, including class schedules and Board of Directors meetings.. Responsible for planning and logistics of events.. Serves as key contact and source of information for parents and students.. Provides project and administrative support to the Artistic Director.. Creates and maintains an environment consistent with our vision and principles.. Strong desire to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and evidence of ability to sustain productive long-term business relationships...
