Job Description
The Administrative Support works closely with the team members in the Administrative department and the firm to support the functions of all departments. Scan tax documents, engagement letters, and 1099s into Z-drive. Contact clients via phone and e-mail regarding past-due invoices to assist with the accounts receivable function. Assist with the accounts receivable function through check deposits and data entry. Run WIP reports to support billing. Perform duties as the primary back-up for phone coverage including but not limited to during meal and rest breaks. Sort and scan incoming mail, as requested or needed. Assist with preparing annual engagement letters. Match the two parts of certified mail and scan them into client folders. Open, sort, and scan all client statements. Be responsible for the office supply order process. Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties as required by daily operations and assigned by management.
