Job Description
Responsible for executing all aspects of the Human Resources HR functions. You lead by example, are a solutions engineer, and you are a visionary who shares proposed goals, solutions, and critical pathways to move the HR functions to new levels of success and collaboration with its partners and employees. As a successful member of our team, you will develop, manage, train and implement all processes and activities for the HR Team, vendors, and its partners related to HR. You remain current on impacting regulatory dynamics that relate to our organization and seek ways to impact employee happiness while keeping employees and the company safe and compliant.Responsibilities Expert in the planning, developing, and administering of employee benefits, compensation, leave, and corporate policiesCreate processes for onboarding and offboardingResponsible for staff performance management including, but not limited to, performance recognition, morale, occupation health and safety, equal employment opportunity, training and development, and disciplinary mattersResponsible for the day-to-day performance of the HR Department and assigned staffProvide oversight of the daily workflowEnsure high performance of the companys Talent Acquisition Management operationsFacilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staffUnderstand the needs of the organization and industry trends, by selecting, negotiating, and administering competitive benefits and incentive programs that meet the needs of the organizationWork with the accounting team on employee payroll, time and expense implementation, and resolution of issuesMonitor and ensure the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, complete the filing of employment-related compliance reports, manage compliance with Dept of Labor and Affordable Care Act regulationsResponsible for the discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyIdentify s
Skills Required
Bachelors. 5+ yrs experience working in Human Resources to include benefits selection and administration, employee performance and discipline management, talent management, and acquisition at a small to medium-sized companies. HR legal knowledge
Skills Preferred
Professional Human Resources certifications highly preferred
