Job Description
Implements organizational development initiatives and Learning Development programs for global employee base. Provides training expertise and resources to our teams and evaluates the results and effectiveness of programs.Conducts needs assessments to help design development programs to develop administrative leaders and teams with the purpose of increasing performance, emotional intelligence competencies and strengthening our talent bench.The OD Manager leads and implements Learning Development initiatives that support cultural change and improvement of practices, knowledge sharing and collaboratation with all teams in the organization to foster a culture in which people managers are committed to empathy, teamwork, change management, and driven to achieve goals and develop their teams. Assists in the design and implementation of a leadership development structure supporting mentorship. Designs a series of short courses that generate outward mindset, providing a structure for diversity and an understanding of our employee population. Fosters an environment in which people are committed to a culture of empathy, being a change agent, and living company principles. Implements training programs that are based in a competencies approach, covering core, functional and technical competencies. Learning and Development Project Implementation based in a competencies approach, covering core, functional and technical competencies. Executes all organizational development designs providing the resources required for the implementation. 40 local travel to various sites approximately 10 global travel.
Skills Required
6 yrs of related exp. Bilingual in Spanish. Licensed Coach. Exp with personality assessments. Talent development expertise experience. Proficient in MS Office.
