The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achievingassisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. Will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, and webinar. Make regulardaily out bound calls to target accounts. Responsible for business and account growth within assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong effective relationships with customers. Follow up and keep in regular contact with Sales Managers and Directors. Use monthly sales reports to monitor territory performance. Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. Handle all high quantity quote requests within territory and follow up. Handle all customer co-op quote requests. Work with sales management and regional sales to establish target accounts in territory. Follow up on samples sent to customers. Follow up on Virtuals sent to customers. Work with customer service within territory and update on special account needs. Help with potential customer issuesconcerns as needed. Develop and monitor customer programs including product placement. Will sell product to promotional product distributors and not consumers so the ability to build relationships is key. Sine the sales cycle can range from a week to several months, this role requires patience and persistence. To be succesfull, you will need to be good at following up and offering incredible service which keeps customers coming back time and time again.
HS DiplomaGED. 1-2 yrs of sales or customer service exp. Excellent communication skills. Able to retain info effectively. Desire to learn and succeed. Customer service focused. Comfortable making outbound calls. Dependable.
Proficient in Outlook, Work and Excel. Able to manage an inbox and set reminders. Able to compose professional emails even when delivering bad news.
