| Job Description Seeking a candidate with a true interest in growing within the practice and aspiring to be a financial advisor. Training for financial planning within our system will be provided on an ongoing basis. This position will also provide the unique potential to grow into a successor role for the firm owner.Committment to providing top-level service to our clients, desire to be part of a team focused on growth and intend on establishing a career as a financial advisor.Collaborate closely with the firm and their clients to help meet client-based goals. Find reward in helping others, as this position isnt about sales but is about customer service and client centered goal achievement. Help ensure the firms central location is operating at peak performance. Integral position will also include serving alongside the Franchise Owner. | Skills Required Bachelors degree. Self-motivated, organized, technologically literate in Word and Excel. Possess strong people skills and timely in responding to clients. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Demonstrate the highest level of integrity. | |
| Skills Preferred Prefer local candidate in Simi Valley area but open to fully remote for strong candidate. Out of state candidates will be considered.Series 65, Series 66 license or CFP designation is a plus but not required. | |
