Job Description
Seeking an Internal Recruiter, reporting to our Sr. Global Human Resources Director, to join our HR department to support our engineering, manufacturing, flight operations, and administrative teams. Internal Recruiter responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, and designing employee referral programs. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background and work experience in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience.Full Life Cycle RecruitingStaffing responsibilityWork closely with hiring managers to gather and understand position requirements and necessary technical skills to fill open and future positionsDevelop and post position openings through various job boards, company websites, and any other unique sourcing tools available to identify candidatesConduct in-depth candidate screening interviews to qualify candidates, contact references, assess skill level, and other criteria against the requirementsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and resume databasesResponsible for ATS tracking, communicating, sourcing, and documenting interactions with candidatesMaintain regular communication with candidates, coordinate follow-up interviews with the technical team, and provide updatesReport to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positionsNegotiate offers, and manage the hiring and onboarding process, including coordination of start date activitiesConduct research, prepare reports and other correspondence, analyze data, and handle information requestsUpdate job descriptions e.g., add tasks or modify requirementsParticipate in job fairs to boost companys retentionAddress and follow through on issuesMaintain confidentiality and a high level of business ethics
Skills Required
1+ years exp in a Recruiter role strong understanding of fullcycle recriting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in social media platforms. General knowledge of employment and hiring laws. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Skills Preferred
Bachelorsknowledge of Affirmative Action tracking is a big plus
