| Job Description Seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead all aspects of the design, implementation, and support of repeatable, reliable, and scalable information technology infrastructure to support personnel, including engineering, manufacturing, flight operations and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter and have excellent leadership qualities. This will be a hands on technical management position, and the ideal candidate will be able to mentor and coach junior staff. Design, implement and maintain all aspects of Windows-based server solutions. Design, implement and maintain all aspects of Windows-based client software, including configuration management and provisioningautomation tools, software catalogs, patch management, managing licensing, inventory, backups. Drive consistent standardized solutions for all software, configurations, and processes. Design, implement and maintain all disaster recovery plans for operating systems, databases, networks, servers and software applications. Implement tools and processes for efficient and effective operational management of the IT environment, including change management, monitoring, alerting, incident handling, and customer request handling. Define, manage, and execute on a roadmap of IT projects that continues to raise the bar through implementing innovative technology, tools, automation, and processes. Interact with internal customers to provide solutions and resolve problems in a timely and proactive manner. | Skills Required BA Degree. 8+ years IT Management exp. Exp managing systems engineers and administrators. Exp with both client and server hardware and software, management tools, storage technologies, enterprise networking, virtualization, and security. | |
| Skills Preferred Exp managing M365 and Azure environments, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Exp with unmanned or autonomous systems is a plus. CISSP Certificate a plus. | |
