| Job Description Responsible for directing the activities of the leads and technicians within the electronics department with an emphasis on achieving on time delivery and maintaining product quality. The Electronics Supervisor is responsible to support the key business metrics, general housekeeping, and workplace safety. Additionally, the Electronics Supervisor is accountable for training and development of employees and ensuring they are adhering to general guidelines, standard operating procedures, and proper safety protocols. Supervise and motivate employees to maximize performance and to maintain an efficient staffing level to achieve daily workload goals while ensuring compliance to production processes, standards, and safety policies. Prepare personnel schedules and tasking according to technician workload and skillsetCommunicate deliverables and setbacks to management and other internal stakeholdersProvide feedback to employees on their performanceDevelop and maintain work instructions and other production documentationReview timecards submitted by direct reporting staff to ensure accuracyGrow the Electronics Department efficiently to meet current production demand | |
