Job Description
Have a passion for helping others Accept incoming customer calls looking for appointments, locations, quotes, hours and services. Earn base plus bonus! As part of the customer service team youll recommend services that help customers meet their needs. DUTIES include asking questions to assess customer needs, describing the most appropriate service for the customer, Training provided, connecting them with correct location for appointments, data entry to record customer information and inquiry, generating invoices, receiving and transferring inventory based on customer order, filling out required paperwork, following company policy and procedures. What do you bring Great communication skills both verbally and written with co-worker team members and customers. 1+ years Customer Service experience in a call center, food service or retail environment.
