| Job Description Responsible for assisting in establishing and carrying out an effective risk management and compliance program for the Bank through conducting risk assessments and the monitoring of the Banks operational compliance processes to help ensure conformity with all relevant regulations. Monitors legislative and regulatory updates to keep management and applicable personnel apprised of changes requiring action. Performs data gathering efforts, including mini audits of various areas, detecting exceptions, drafting reports of findings, and following up for corrective action. Works with the Manager of Enterprise Risk on policy administration. Supports this Manager in implementing and maintaining bank-wide risk management programs, such as enterprise risk assessment and compliance risk assessment and assists in carrying out the Banks compliance monitoring calendar. With limited input from the Manager of Enterprise Risk, conducts updates to various annual risk assessments and implements new risk assessments as necessary. Assists the Manager of Enterprise Risk with preparing various monthly and quarterly reports to Management, Risk Committee, and the Board of Directors. Responsible for managing the Banks Policy Administration Program, including creating and publishing forms that comply with all applicable state and Federal laws. Provides support to the CRO in carrying out the Banks Vendor Management Program. | |
| Skills Required AA or equivalent in business or trade school. 3+ years in banking, including at least one year experience with a compliance or risk management emphasis. Strong knowledge of standard computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ZoomWeb | |
| Skills Preferred Proficiency with Fiserv-Premier is desired. | |
