Job Description
This role is responsible for carrying out administrative functions associated with our Project Coordinator department. Act as a liaison between Project Coordinators, CAD department, and Purchasing. Assist the Project Coordinator with estimates and work orders for the shop. Help track project details and material deliveries and scheduling. Assist the Project Coordinator in communication between clients and General Contractors.
Skills Required
1 yr of admin exp working in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills. Customer service oriented. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook - PivotTables Vlookups. Able to build rapport with clients.
Skills Preferred
Interest in the construction field. Admin exp in construction, finish carpentry, lumber, steel or glass. Exp working with door and window hardware. Exp estimating and preparing work orders. Ability to read plans and blueprints. AutoCAD exp is a plus
