| Job Description This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing and is responsible for provide planning for the event schedule, as well as supporting, analyzing, developing and helping to execute effective brand marketing programs via sponsored events, car clubs and social media influencers. Prepare and maintain the Marketing Departments annual event schedule. Including event planning, coordination of travel, procurement of needed materials, communication with show organizers, ordering and inventory of materials and supplies and participation in various company events. Travel and event attendance is expected. Harmonize the support of external clubs. Proactively communicate with clubs throughout the year to determine levels of support. Maintain the ordering and tracking of event materials and donated items provided to clubs. Coordinate the social media influencer marketing relationships. Act as a primary contact and coordinator to drive influencer marketing activities in close coordination with the overall Marketing Departments annual activities. Analyze effectiveness and provide regular summary reports on all event and influencer marketing activity. Support on other marketing tasks and other duties as assigned. | |
| Skills Required Exp in current social media platforms. Proficiency in PCMAC operations and MS Office. Able to articulate a plan and manage tasks to achieve stated goals objectives within established timelines. | |
| Skills Preferred Media acquisition skills. Demonstrated exp with special events. Passion for sports cars and understanding of car community culture is highly desired, but not necessary. | |
