Job Description
We are growing! This is a new position reporting directly to the HR Director. Design compensation and bonus plans during acquisitions and for existing teams. Work closely with employees, human resources, payroll and operations researching, implementing, analyzing, negotiating, coordinating and communicating all compensation and benefit related programs. You bring strong organizational skills and stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and market trends. Experience includes. . Writing Job Descriptions, ensuring there is an updated Job Description for every position.. .Creating and implementing a pay gradepay band structure.. .Designing performance evaluations by departmentposition that support the organizations overall strategies.. .Full benefits administration, including open enrollment planning and execution. . .Benchmark, Research and compare benefits and incentive compensation plans offered by demographically comparable organizations assesses competitors plans and makes recommendations for enhancements or improvements required to keep the organizations plans competitive and effective.. .Maintain incentive programs and bonus tracking sheets.. .Workers compensation and leaves of absence.Ad Hoc duties may include . .Payroll related duties including timecards, updating changes in the payroll system, running commission reports and other payroll reports.. .Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation as requested by management andor in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.RequirementsTeam player.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical capabilities.Attention to detail.Google SuiteBenefitsMedical, dental and life insurance plans Vision, voluntary life, FSA401k plan with company matchPaid vacation and holidays
Skills Required
2 yrs of exp as a benefits administrator. Understanding of pay bands and ranges, benchmarking, incentive and bonus plan design and management and negotiations. Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations. Advanced Excel skills.
Skills Preferred
BA Degree in HR, Business, Finance or similar. WC risk management exp.
