The Loan System Administrator shall have clearly defined areas of expertise and shall be responsible for the loan application management, design and implementation support, updateenhancement, integration, and communication with the user community. Configuration of system. Determines and documents systems requirements. Determines and documents systems configurations. Considers impacts of custom code. Releases managementcoordination. Plan release schedule. Understands upcoming systemsconfiguration changes. Makes recommendations to Bank regarding upgradechange schedule accept or reject. Performs user acceptance testing of new code. Identifies, manages, and resolves system defects. Manages software release and post-release validation. Communication of system changes. Communicates to impacted Bank associates. Establishment of process workflows, user guides in collaboration with systems users. Documentation of procedures in accordance with Bank standards. Makes changes to documented procedures as appropriate in support of project requirements. Monitors uptime and adherence to SLA. Interaction with vendor to resolve downtime incidences. Tracks downtime for possible violations of SLAs. Requests vendor credits for missed SLAs. Receipt and review of reports. Establishes report requirements. Receives, reviews, analyzes and summarize reports for Bank. Updates and maintains loan system Training environment to reflect live systems. Liaison with Product Management, Vendor Mgr., Marketing, Operations, Organizational Learning, and Technology. Works with other Systems Administrators to respond to and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner. Includes implementation of required loan system changes and testing. Analyzes Helpdesk tickets to recommend training modifications and plans to Training Department. Should align responsibilities with established Change Management policy. Other activities and duties as assigned.
5-8 yrs of exp with computer operations platforms, loan applications, data and systems integration within a banking environment. Knowledge of loan originations, operations, procedures and compliance.
Familiar with underwriting, credit analysis, approval, funding and servicing. Previous project management experience preferred.
