| Job Description The associate will work as a team with the principal with regards to overall case strategy and court hearings. The position requires the ability to handle a family law case from start to finish including filing the petition divorce, legal separation, parentage, responses, propound and respond to discovery, prepare pdd and fdd financial disclosure, rfo and motions, evidentiary hearings, dvro, negotiating settlements or conduct trials.Benefits package includes bonus program, medicaldentalvision insurance with most of the premium paid by employer, and 401k. | |
| Skills Required 2-5 yrs of litigation exp conducting family law cases from discovery to litigation. Strong writing skills. Self starter but willing to work the processes in place. Must be a client advocate and confident negotiator. CA state bar license. | |
