| Job Description Clinical Management Provides competent patient care with periodic supervision. With minimal supervision, evaluates and plans patient care programs through the use of selected assessments and procedures. With minimal supervision, consults with physicians and team members in developing individual therapy plans designed to assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels. With minimal supervision, establishes individualized, written functional goals that are objective, measurable and realistically attainable in an appropriate time frame incorporates patient family goals. Generally requires consultation for more complex cases. Assists team with determining appropriate discharge disposition for patients and, with supervision, determines needs for discharge and ensures timely arrangement for any potential discharge needs. This includes providing community resources and referrals. Program Coordination With minimal supervision, coordinates treatment programs includes overseeing own patient schedule and modifying treatment schedules to accommodate patientcaregiverteam needs. Willingly provides coverage of unplanned absences. | |
| Skills Required - Previous driving experience in transporting patients or people with disabilities.-B.S.B.A. Therapeutic Recreation accredited college.--Certified CA Board of Recreation and Park Certification or Natl Council of Therapeutic Recreation | |
| Skills Preferred - Current CA drivers license required- Basic Life Saver BLS Certified a Must | |
