Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented person who will support multiple areas of sales and operations. Emphasis on daily Order Processing, Customer service, and directly supporting the VP of Sales and Marketing who works remotely. Energetically handle the majority of inbound customer calls and emails and provide excellent communication and customer service via phone and email as our Customer Centric approach relies on providing legendary customer service. Excellent written communication with an emphasis on grammar and exceptional organizational skills. Process Sales Orders while monitoring computer-generated pick-slips for each order. General administrative functions, such as reviewing and reacting to sales reports, data entry, customer onboarding, and other projectsThe Ideal Candidate would haveStrong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Strong self-initiative, consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong business relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word, email communication, and Internet interaction. Skills Required
Minimum of 2 years order entry experience role or a strong university degree. Take initiative, consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong business relationships. MS Word Excel.
