Job Description
Responsible for monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers. Order management specialists verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring their quality before shipment to avoid issues.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and follow up with other departments from time of receipt to delivery of goods to ensure that all aspects of orders are completed in a timely mannerCommunicate with team members and customers in a professional and concise mannerEnergetically handle the majority of inbound customer calls and emails and provide excellent communication and customer service via phone and email as our Customer Centric approach relies on providing legendary customer service.Track and report order statuses while making sure orders ship without issueOverall proactive approach to work, taking ownership of tasks, moving forward as appropriate to meet deadlines and objectivesResearch and resolve chargebacks from customers to prevent future occurrencesReview vendor manuals and communicate with sales rep to clarify any potential issues in a proactive mannerGeneral administrative functions, such as reviewing and reacting to sales reports, data entry, customer onboarding, and other projects
Skills Required
Minimum of 2 years order entry experience role or a strong university degree. Strong self-initiative, consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong business relationships. ERP exp. Priortization of multiple projects.
