Job Description
This position primarily works in an office environment answering incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Answer calls and respond to emails to provide customers with product information. Enter new customer information into system, or update existing customer information. Process orders, forms, and payments. Research required information using available resources. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource. Follow up customer calls when necessary. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
HS Diploma or GED. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. 1-2 yrs of exp in a call center or customer service environment. Good data entry and typing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills Preferred
Automotive experience andor knowledge of car parts. Knowledge of British cars a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus!
