| Job Description As a key member of our residential property management team, the Service Technician interacts daily with our team members and residents. Will work with 2 properties in Carpinteria and Goleta. Appliance repairinstallation of refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and more. HVAC skills. Experience with wall and hydronic heating systems a plus. Plumbing skills including work with showers, drains, dishwashers and sink and toilet replacement. Electrical skills including work with breakers, fixtures, outlets, and exterior pagoda lights. Experience with apartment make-ready process. On-the-job training and coaching provided to ensure company standards are met. Uniforms are provided. Reliable vehicle required. Mileage paid when used on work assignments. Personal tools preferred. Valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 800 a.m to 500 p.m. The position also requires participation in our after-hours emergency on-call weekly rotation program, which includes Saturday and SundayOther Notable Income 1 Eligible for Discretionary Quarterly Bonus Program and 2 On Call Pay 10.00 weekday, 25.00 weekendholidays, plus any overtime incurred. | Skills Required HSGED or Trade School. Building Maintenace Trades experience using hand tools and power tools encompassing intermediate level repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finish carpentry, painting, and drywall repair. Must maintain a valid drivers license | |
| Skills Preferred Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician CAMT. Experience with wall and hydronic heating systems. | |
