The Bilingual Customer Service Representative responds to participant concerns, inquiries, and reports problems to supervisor or other departments such as Scheduling and Quality Assurance, by performing the following dutiesTalks with participants, family andor care providers, Regional Center personnel, and transportation vendors by phone high volume inbound and outbound calls to1.notify of service schedules2.provide late bus notifications3.respond to concerns and questions4.obtain additional information to process service change requests5.obtain and document additional information when a customer reports a concern or complaint6.Other duties may be assignedWritten, verbal and organizational skillsConfidentiality of all information is essentialComputer Skills familiar use with Excel, Word, Access and OutlookSpanish language requiredAbility to effectively communicate in English and Spanish requiredAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively with customers and co-workers.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, participants, and vendors.Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situationsKnowledge of Zultys Phone System preferredInsurance coverage after 60 days medical, dental, vision, ltd, lifeVacation timeSick timePaid holidays401k with company matchProfit sharing discretionary
HSGED. Bilingual in EnglishSpanish. Some experience in a high volume call center. Proficient in Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Tech savvy. Great phone experience. Ability to read city maps required.
Background in Sociology, Psychology, Communication or related discipline preferred. Knowledge of Zultys Phone System.2 yrs exp in high volume call center-preferredsome college preferred
