|Executive Assistant to HR - Hybrid Remote|
|Hours:||40 Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm|
|Great Hybrid Remote opportunity in Sim Valley CA|
This position is currently remote but will become hybrid remote when we return to the office. Will provide administrative support to the Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer. This includes schedule management meetings, drafting emails, screening calls, developing presentations, reports, and other complex documents on various topics. This position will also assist in the preparation of the HR budget, administer the Employee Recognition Program and special projects.Provide support to the Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer, which includes the following responsibilities 45Provide high level administrative support to Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer, the nature of which is highly confidential and important including Drafts correspondence as needed. Assists in the preparation of Power Point presentations. Prepares complex spreadsheets, tables, graphs, and flyers. Analyze data and provide a witten analysis. Collects and organizes data, provides research and reports as required. Screens and directs calls. Responds to basic HR questions and inquires.Manages calendar meeting coordination and invitations. Ensures all materials for meetings are available and distributed. Creates interview packets. Makes copies for all meeting attendees for meetings. Takes meeting notes as needed. Tracks and follows up on identified action items.Books rooms and resources for meetings, and does pre-meeting setup, including ordering lunch. Prepares expense reimbursement. Prepares monthly credit card reconciliation reports. Manages and tracks payment for Executive Life Insurance policies. Manages mail noting importance and urgency. Completes faxing, filing, photocopying and distributions. Additional administrative duties as assigned. BABS in Business or Human Resources. 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative support or office management. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to type 50+ wpm.
