Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Sales and Marketing Director. Input new orders into Quickbooks on a daily basis. Follow through on existing orders to ensure accurate on-time shipping. eCommerce order entry, customer service sales support. Main sales office operator responsibilities, answer direct phone calls. Corresponding with clients via email and phone regarding their order status. Assist with ongoing Admin projects and tasks for the Sales Representatives. Process all credits for any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect products. Provide back up support for the Logistics Coordinator truck check ins and etas schedule container deliver, enter inventory and create packets for processed orders. Cover the Sales office when Sales Representatives are at a trade show or are out on business travel. Server organization maintenance. Maintain eComm SKU catalog. Update social media on prescribed schedule. Organize and schedule appointments. Take detailed meeting notes. Distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Maintain contact lists. Book travel arrangements. Provide general support to visitors. Act as a secondary point of contact for internal and external clientsBenefits 100 employer funded PPO medical plan for employee only. Skills Required
HS. Administrative Assistant experience. MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
