Job Description
The Onboarding Specialist is instrumental in onboarding our new customers. As such, they act as the liaison between the client and sales, contracts and fulfillment departments. The Onboarding Specialist also provides backup support to the contracts department and Quality Assurance QA support for companys patient satisfaction survey solutions.Core Responsibilities and FunctionsOnboardingManage complex, hierarchical client fulfillment process, successfully onboarding multiple locations under one enterprise. Key responsibilities include Send necessary contracts and schedules to clients to gather onboarding data. Assist clients in completing schedules. Negotiate client contract redlines under the guidance of legal. Manage the pipeline of contracts and schedules to execution stage. Proactive follow-up for each case.Create, manage, and maintain client pipeline report for implementation. Regularly and timely interface with the sales, contracts, and fulfillment teams.Participate in client onboarding meetings with the sales team as requested.Provide back-up support to the fulfillment departments implementation processes.Perform quality cross-checks of needed documents and timely follow up.Timely respond to client requests to process changes related to various data-share agreements.Contracts SupportProvide back up support in drafting and processing a high volume of standard client agreements accurately.Communicate with clients in a timely manner to gather necessary contract information and negotiate client redlines in accordance with company playbook and escalated guidance from legal.Manage client agreements paperless according to established file maintenanceAssist in development of applicable department policy and procedure updates and related internal practices as needed.Other projects as requested when time allows.
Skills Required
2+ years contract administration experience including drafting, management, and implementation. 3+ years of SaaS enterprise level fulfillment experience. Strong MS Office Word, Outlook, and Excel and CRM. Ability to set priorities meet deadlines.
