| Job Description Responsible for managing the Distribution team including the day-to-day operations, management of people, annual reviews, standard operating procedures, timely management reporting, service level assessment of department, and process improvement. Manage Distribution team including day to day operation, annual and as-required reviews, service levels, SOPs, process level improvements, and special department projects. Responsible for the timely processing of all distribution requests. Facilitate Special handling of escalated issues. Coordinate and assist with Service Center issues communications. Ensure the timely completion of ResearchService Requests submitted through the Service Center. Generate monthly management reports and conduct analysis to identify processing trend. Distributions. Daily Trade Ticket processing. | |
| Skills Required 3 to 5 years industry experience with a brokerdealer or other financial institution Financial Retirement experience or similar. Management or supervisory experience. Must have or have the ability to obtain Series 6 and 63. | |
