| Job Description Responsible for the audits of the daily checkACHwire payments to clients and 3rd party vendors. Process stop payreissue of checksACH requests submitted by clients or representatives. Research ACH and check returns and reprocess accordingly. Fax BrokerDealer Change request forms to appropriate fund companies with timely follow-up to ensure processing is complete. Process rep reassignments for platform and non-platform accounts based on request from Sales Department. Responsible for paying accrual and non-accrual dividends to omnibus accounts. Responsible for processing monthly residual redemption processing after the completion of paying omnibus dividends. Update addresses on non-platform accounts. Reallocate accounts based on trade instructions from clients or representatives. Reconcile omnibus and fully disclosed fund position breaks based on research by the Reconciliation Department. Assists with corrective processing duties through Research Requests. Process daily upload of all previous days trade to internal recordkeeping system. Cross Training in other tasks and responsibilities within the Network, Distributions and Commissions Departments. | |
| Skills Required Experience working in financial or accounting office desired. Ability to obtain Series 99 license 1000 bonus will be given upon passing. | |
