| Job Description Monitors open AR balances and helps determines what resources may be needed. Review, reconcile and collect assigned AR customer accounts. Responsible for preparing and filing the duty drawback claim on semi-annual basis. Process consignment orders and reconcile inventory relating to consignment. Setup new accounts. Process debit and credit memos in the system. | |
| Skills Required 1-3 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts receivable and collections. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Good follow up and research issues on accounts. | |
| Skills Preferred Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business disciple preferredEDI Preferred, Charge back for big box stores. | |
