Seeking a strong Recruiter to help us build our team. We are seeking a person who enjoys a fast paced, challenging, friendly, collaborative environment, who will help us continue our growth. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our medical clinics and business office roles. Ideal candidate will have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems to help us make ours the most effective it can be to attract candidates, manage and report on data metrics and build sourcing capabilities to help us strategically recruit for and manage our candidate pool.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, coordinate and attend activities that increase community presence and secure qualified candidates i.e., job fairs, college career days, career counseling centers.Source candidates through effective use of our Applicant Tracking Systems job posting capabilities, advertising job postings companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.Screen qualified candidates to identify top talent.via phone, video and on-site interviewingSubmit qualified candidates to the hiring manager and coordinate on-site interviews.Conduct reference and background checks.Prepare hiring approval documentation.Make offers and initiate onboarding.Continuously maintain Applicant Tracking System and candidate status.Manage our employee referral program.Work with job boards to analyze trends and come up with creative solutions for increasing applicants.Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting reports.Must haves A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.Experience with sourcing techniques.Understanding of referral programs.Solid verbal and written communication skills.Sound judgement.B
2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Must have strong sense of urgency.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related degree preferred.Recruiting experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
