Job Description
This position will require you to come into our office for training 2-3 days per week for the first few months, then it can evolve into a mostly remote position. Our customers are all remote so there wont be any physical contact with customers. Are you energetic, delightful, hard working and love helping people Do you have a good understanding of the Internet and have some knowledge of the various Adobe programs used by our customers e.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented individual to join our team in an Administrative support role to Sales Director. You will support sales activities from the initial contact through ordering and invoicing to completion of order and longer-term additional orders and referrals. Must be passionate about learning our business in order to build and maintain customer relationships, proactively guiding them through our process to achieve success. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, this person should excel at time management, self-discipline, prioritization, and work productively with minimal supervision. This person thrives in a changing, high-volume environment where personal organization, resourcefulness, and focus are needed to manage multiple workflows seamlessly. Strong quantitative and decision-making skills are vital.The person also needs to be comfortable wearing many hats, since we have seasonal parts of our business and job activities will vary based on the season.Responsibilities include Be comfortable contacting customers via multiple platforms chat, email, video calls, etc.Process customer orders and handle invoicing and payment processingAssist the Sales Director with new salesRenew yearbook contracts from previous yearWork with schools and key customers on tasks to meet their deadline scheduleBecome an expert with our software, products and standard proceduresProvide design and technical assistance to customersPre-press and setup of customer submitted files and proof
Skills Required
3 to 5 years of Customer Success experience, managing successful and proven outcomes. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to conceive, manage and prioritize multiple projects. High Attention to Detail and Results Oriented.
Skills Preferred
Sales marketing experience will be favorably considered.Previous experience with school yearbooks will be favorably considered.Previous industry experience in Printing Services, Marketing, andor Technology is preferred.BABS degree preferred.
