| Job Description Real Estate litigation firm seeking Litigator to manage litigated cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients handling discovery, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, conducting mediations, setting cliams and handling trials. Will be responsible to build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients. Will handle all aspects of litigation, written discovery, depositions, mediations, motions. Maintain client relationships. Prepare reports to clients and law and motion. Hands on case handling. Attending court hearings and arguing motions. Attending depositions. Drafting motions. | Skills Required Member of California BarLicensed Attorney. 3 to 5 years experience handling preparation of comlaints, drafting discoveries, handling mediations and corresponding documentation. Must want to be in a courtroom. | |
