Job Description
Under the direction of the Associate Director of Human Resources HR, the Sr. Human Resources Generalist is responsible for conducting full life cycle talent acquisition in sourcing the best talent, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning. This position will also develop and implement organization-wide efforts to ensure that organizational development programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. Partner with Director and Associate Director of HR in creating a culture of compassion and creditability when resolving employee relation issues. Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internalexternal bench of top talent.Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development e.g., succession planning. Research and develop training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns. Serve as a business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies that result in client satisfaction. Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to have influence and impact the recruiting process and hiring. Develop, initiate and maintain effective organizational development programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning. Partner with Director and Associate Director of HR in resolving employee relations issues by ensuring confidentiality and impartiality when addressing personnel issues and interacting with employees to ensure that HR is fully accessible to the organization C
Skills Required
Bachelors degree. 10+ years HR exp with emphasis organizational development and employee relations. Knowledge of CAFed employment law. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, HRIS.
Skills Preferred
Strong experience in Health CareManaged Care recruitment a plus.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
