| Job Description The Quality Assurance Technician drive the culture of food safety and Quality Assurance by ensuring GMPs and SOPs are followed at all times. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for overseeing and driving quality assurance of a fresh food meal kit packing operation. The quality assurance technician will also be responsible to execute the training program and generate training records for Company Audits. Major Responsibilities Own safety of the team and food, ensuring a safe working environment 100 of the time Ensure proper training of all employees, regarding GMPs, Safety, Quality procedures and programsAudit, report and drive General warehouse organization 5S+1 conditions Complete and file pre-operational checklists and documentation prior to operation start-up Perform ATP swab tests as part of pre-operational checklists Provide operation and food wisdom as a leader Maintain, audit, and train staff on warehouse GMPs Be well versed in all facility SOPsCommunicate and evaluate quality findings to management team on a daily basis | |
| Skills Required HSGED.Experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing environment. Comfortable around a computer and Excel. | |
| Skills Preferred Some college or technical college preferred Leadership or Lab experience preferred.Food experience strongly preferred. | |
