Responsible for handling various new and ongoing projects agency-wide. The Project Administrator will, as directed by the Business Operations Manager II and the COO, oversee various nitiatives and projects, monitor the progress and completion of these projects, and ensure that finished projects meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders. The Project Administrator will work closely with leadership to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. This position calls for an energetic and analytical person who is detail-oriented, organized, and has strong project management skills and experience. The projects supported by the Project Administrator are large in scope. Performance of the position supports operation compliance for the Agency, and duties regularly impact the overall operation compliance.Project Management 85Collaborate with the Business Operations Manager II to create and manage various agency-wide project plans, including management of timelines using Wrike and other potential relevant software systems.Oversee projects engaged in supporting organization-wide efforts projects will be based on leadership decisions regarding organizational needs, such as efficiency improvements, quality improvements, and interdivisional processes e.g. data encryption, onboarding, etc..Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetIn collaboration with the Business Operations Manager II, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesPerform risk manage
Bachelors degree in business or related. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in project management. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Project Management certification preferred.Wrike or equivalent project management software a plus
