Job Description
Currently working from home temporarily due to Covid, however employees will be expected to work at their assigned worksite in Ventura County as needed or when we are able to return to offices. Represents organizationprogram and applies professional knowledge, experience and independent judgment to complex tasks within a specialized field of knowledge. Provide culturally informed treatment services to company standards. May provide services in various locations including worksites, schools, homes or community partner locations, and telehealth. Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach in conceptualization and implementation of therapeutic interventions and linkage. Works under clinical and program supervision. Report to Clinical Services Manager. Participate as a positive influence within the mental health department team. Maintain active BBS registrationlicense status, malpractice insurance and department required credentialing and recredentialing. Fulfill duties as a mandated reporting, including Tarasoff. As a professional maintain legal, ethical standards of the profession, BBS and CAMFT guidelines. Complete and maintain training and fidelity of evidence-based treatment protocols. Provide culturally informed and linguistically appropriate clinical services as a bilingualbicultural therapist or through interpreter staff or language brokers. Engage and include appropriate family members, community supports and other providers per Release of Information to support treatment outcomes. According to department standards and best practice apply clinical knowledge to complete all required consents, releases, assessments, treatment plans, outcome measures, progress documentation, discharge and referrals. Ensure quality and quantity of treatment services meets best practice standards. Skills Required
Must have active California BBS LMFT, LCSW license or AMFT, ASW registration. Experience providing culturally informed clinical treatment and case management to children, youth, adults and families.
