Job Description
Currently working from home temporarily due to Covid, however employees will be expected to work at their assigned worksite in Ventura County as needed or when we are able to return to officesResponsible for the development, implementation, evaluation, maintenance and oversight of the Mental Health Trauma Treatment departments Phoenix Project, a school-based disaster response treatment program focused on youth and families in grades K-12 throughout Ventura County who were present during the Thomas and Woolsey wildfires. Provide leadership and expertise to increase school personnel and families understanding of the effects of wildfire and other natural disasters on childrens mental and emotional health through community presentations and training. Facilitates staff training and oversees the operational administration of program staff. Supervises project clinical staff implementing evidence-based treatment models. Leads staff utilizing trauma informed, self-care and reflective practices. This position reports to the Clinical Services Manager. Direct, plan and coordinate the work of the project staff including recruitment, coaching, supervision and formal evaluations, training and team building.Oversee the implementation of outreach and engagement efforts with schools and youth serving organizations facilitating MOU development and maintenance.Develop, oversee implementation of community training on topics related to trauma, resilience, mindfulness, evidence-based services, project introduction, service access, mental health wellness and disaster preparedness.Oversee the implementation of evidence-based treatment models including development of fidelity monitoring and quality improvement.Manage all service components to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project objectives, efficiency of operations, quality assurance and productivity.Contribute to the development and implementation of forms, procedures and systems to track service deliverables.Produce pr
Skills Required
Administrative, personnel, program management experience, and 2 years of providing clinical treatment. Masters graduate with active California BBS license or registration as LMFT or LCSW, MFTI or ACSW
