Job Description
As a member of the Senior Management Team of a values-driven organization, the Human Resources Manager works closely with all department managers to educate, coach and train in issues related to employee relations, leadership development and workplace compliance. Will also develop, implement, and manage systems to ensure fair, consistent, and legal employment practices in hiring, development, retention, and health and safety.Responsibilities Develops organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues contributing information, analysis, and recommendations.Monitors and ensures company compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.Writes and maintains employee manual keeping current with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations including wage and hour.Provides advice and consultation to managers, supervisors and staff in the area of employee relations, including matters related to performance management, corrective action andor discipline.Develops and oversees successful recruitment and onboarding processes for a fast growing dynamic organization.Assists in succession planning helping the company implement and transition as needed.Partners with the Executive Team to develop effective retention strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.Develops and oversees benefits programs, plans, policies, legal guidelines and benefits best practices to ensure that companys benefits are competitive.Manages the administration of workers compensation according to State guidelines and partners with management to promote safety strategies.Oversees and collaborates with the companys management on planning and execution of staff trainings, communications, health initiatives, safety, sexual harassment and other staff training.Essential Requirements Appreciation for the principles of sust
Skills Required
5-6 years human resources experience of a company with 80+ employees, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Exp building and developing a HR departmentExp as a trusted resource as a member of a senior-level executiveBilingual in Spanish

Experience working in a multi-company structure strongly desiredBachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
