| Job Description Position PurposeTo perform various duties in the FPA Production department related to polishing and chemical etching of materials and maintaining the cleanliness of machinery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports polishing and chemical etching activities Follows established travelers and work instructions for all work performed on hardware Performs Inspection and evaluation of parts in accordance with Quality Assurance requirements Documents observations and prepares parts for further processing Promptly documents and reports any nonconforming events occurred from processes performed Supports efforts to identify and correct root causes of nonconforming events Maintains the cleanliness of the lapping machines and changes lapping pads Works with Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system for tracking and reporting of date Other duties as assigned Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow work instructions and drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure accurate record keeping Dexterity with tweezers for the manipulation of small parts Creativity in contributing to problem solving and process improvement Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices | |
| Skills Required High School Diploma with seven to ten years of experience or Associates Degree in related field with five to seven years of experience. Minimum of two years of related experience working with semiconductor material. Proficient in Excel and MS Office | |
