Office experience including reception, administrative and clerical tasks. Phones, filing, accurate data entry, match invoices to purchase orders, scanning and faxing. Create files, update info on website, and research PO and Invoices. Grow with company.
Experience with accounting software such as AccountEdge a plus.Light accounting experience a plus AR AP bank reconciliation
