Job Description
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by answering phones, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Skills Required
HS DiplomaGED. Previous exp in customer service, sales or administrative roles. Ability to build rapport with clients. Able to prioritize and multitask. Proficient in MS Office.
Skills Preferred
Experience in the insurance field a plus!
