| Job Description The incumbent is accountable and responsible for certain financial accounting functions associated with fixed assets, property taxes, accounts payable, and other financial matters for the Company in compliance with GAAP. Reconcile maintain BNA Fixed Assets System tie to GLs for all companies and prepare yearend audit and tax schedules. Prepare and maintain full-charge bookkeeping for EMG. Provide AP back-up. Provide production accounting back-up. Process cash receipts for all companies. Prepare and maintain CIP and capitalized interest schedules. Prepare and maintain monthly and year-end JE schedules. Any other project assigned by Accounting Manager or management | |
| Skills Required AA Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar. 3 yrs of exp in accounting processes. Must have exp in fixed assets and property tax. Knowledge of GAAP. Proficient in MS Work and Excel. Excellent data entry skills. | |
| Skills Preferred Bilingual in EnglishSpanish a plus. | |
