| Job Description Will open new loans through the Loan Origination System LOS. Review loan applications for completeness. Upload loan files to lenders and request disclosures. Callemail borrowers when initial disclosures have gone out. Run automated underwriting findings through lenders portal. Order escrow, title and appraisal documents. Handle all client communication from contract to close. Processor will handle the whole scope of the loan processing from start to finish and will coordinate with the lenders. | Skills Required HS DiplomaGED. 4-5 yrs of loan processing exp. Knowledge of disclosures, solid income, assets and guidlines expert with DU and LP. Multiple lender experience is a must. Fast paced independent thinker decision maker. Organized. | |
