| Job Description Will help open new loans through the Loan Origination System LOS. Review loan applications for completeness. Upload loan files to lenders and request disclosures. Callemail borrowers when initial disclosures have gone out. Run automated underwriting findings through lenders portal. Order escrow, title and appraisal documents. | Skills Required HS DiplomaGED. 2 yrs of loan processing exp. Exp ordering verifications, subordinations and credit reports. Exp with data entry into programs such as Calx Point and opening escrow for clients. Organized. Able to adapt to fast work environment. | |
