| Job Description Will handle 211 calls and provide community members with various resouces. Assess contact needs, search online database for organizations that are capable of meeting those needs, provide contacts with referrals to multiple organizations and thoroughly document each contact. Use of multiple programs and databases for resource searches and information collection. Extended hours as needed in times of disaster in any county served. | |
| Skills Required Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must have home computer that is able to support various programs and systems. Wil need a headset w microphone to take calls. Prior exp in social or health related services a plus. | |
| Skills Preferred Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese a huge plus! | |
