AP - Post all vendor invoices. Responsible for all weekly check runs. Prepare annual 1099s. Prepare all vendor statements and reconciliation them when needed. Responsible for all customer maintenance including but not limited to entering information into the database, making changes when needed, and providing information to the customers. Any other project assigned by Accounting Manager or management.
HS Diploma or GED. 2 yrs of accounting exp. Strong AP exp. Proficient in Excel. Understanding of accounting principles. Familiar with Sagex3. Able to implement ACH processes.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
