Youll operate multi-million-dollar equipment, machines tool sets that are used to build cutting edge semiconductor components. Your job will entail the handling of product, adding substrates into the tools guided by established processing Instructions working collaboratively with your team to maximize production outputs through inspection and quality checks at each step of the process. Youll attend two-weeks of paid training setting you up for success in your assigned area. As you progress in your career, you will continually grow your knowledge base crosstraining in other areas and learning additional toolsets and process flows.All work tasks are performed in a clean room environment which is a temperature and humidity controlled to prevent any product contamination. Youll be fully covered with a gown, hood, gloves, mask, booties and safety glasses when performing the job. Ability to stand, walk, for up to 10 « hours and have the ability to lift up to 20lbsAbility to multi-task and approach tasks with detail-oriented mannerGood communication skills, both written and oral ability to read and write effectively
Skills Required
HS DiplomaGED. Exp working in a manufacturing or production environment. Able to read instruction manuals. Comfortable working around chemicals. Great work ethic and ability to work well with others. Excellent attendance. MS Word Excel PowerPoint.
Skills Preferred
Clean-room exp is highly preferred.
