| Job Description Performs assembly of printed circuit boards, modules, power supplies and cable harnesses. Perform mechanical assembly and install various electromechanical components into chassis and prepare wires solid and stranded and harnesses to make point to point soldering connections in accordance with J-STD-001 and wiring diagram, schematics or sketches. Works from productionassembly instructions, parts lists, diagrams, instructions and notes. Identifies and selects components to be integrated into subassembly and assembly units. Utilizes a variety of small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers and pliers. | |
| Skills Required HS Diploma or GED. 1 yr of assembly experience. Exp in SMT and thru-hole soldering. Comfortable using microscope in soldering small parts. Punctual with good attendance. Will be required to pass a soldering test. | |
| Skills Preferred J Standard certified a plus. IPC certified a plus. Assembly of circuit boards a plus. | |
